Conductive Mobility Foundation

 This organisation accepts volunteer labour

Conductive Education South Australia provides rehabilitation and educational services for people with brain injuries and motor disorders. The program guides individuals towards the skills and motivation they need to overcome the problems of movement encountered in everyday living. People become motivated, active participants in their learning.

The Conductive Education program seeks to achieve real integration by teaching people with disabilities the skills to maximize participation in life. Through a holistic approach people are taught to develop skills in all living areas - daily living skills, physical, social, emotional, cognitive and communication. Participants are taught to take responsibility for themselves and to actively participate in the learning process. Skills are acquired in a way that fosters self-esteem.
